People have different views of movies. Not everyone likes the same sort of thing. The experience of any film is a completely individual thing. The IMDB rating system reflects the overall opinion of the kind of person who uses IMDB and bothers to rate movies. I point all this out because the author of this topic seems to think that because we didn't like this movie and they did it must be because we are all unimaginative and/or too stupid to get it.. This simply is not true. Good films get good ratings. I gave this a low rating because it is the only film I was so board with that I left the cinema before the end.

The score is about what it deserves, really. Around a 6 is still pretty good of a score. Sometimes the acting wasn't so great. It doesn't bother me, though. But it's just not true that lack of cgi caused it to rate this way. Many movies without cgi are OVERrated.
