This is a movie I didn't expect to likebut I did! It really creeped me out.
It struck me as very cheap-looking, at first. But then I got over that.

I mean, I liked the sequences in the ocean with the shark. But getting to it was just so uninteresting to me.

I liked it.
Something about being in the middle of the ocean with sharks swimming around. Scared the piss out of me at times.

I watched it for the first time today and I absolutely hated it.

The audio should never been qualified to use the DTS logo! I get better sound on my mobile phone. But what to expect from a movie that bad. 1 hour 20 minutes wasted of my life.

The audio is sh*t. Was it shot on home video?

I can't put myself in their shoes, because I can't swim. lol!! I would have instantly have drowned or I would have never been out there to begin with. The movie sucked.

this movie won't be remembered as some cinnematic masterpiece.. but i think it accomplished what it set out to do.. the idea is to put yourself in their shoes.. to appreciate what a harrowing experience that would be
no, it didn't have an over-abundance of male testosterone.. no loud, raucous soundtracks..no explosions.. no high speed chases.. no artillery/weaponry..
perhaps "the expendables" is more your speed
