There are a lot of funny lines in the movie but the one that got me LOLing the most was when Jack tells Miles (before they are going out to meet the ladies) to dress better and says 'They think you're a writer'

I love it when refused another tasting, Miles grabs the spit bucket and angrily (and messily)drinks out of it.

I thought the scene at Sanford Winery was hysterical. Miles goes through his whole wine analysis routine (which itself is funny), Jack plays along, and at the end Miles becomes outraged when he realizes Jack is chewing gum. I can just picture Miles demanding that Jack spit it out on the way to the car.

To me the funniest scene was just after Jack tells Miles that his ex-wife has re-married. Miles grabs a bottle of wine from the car, pulls out the cork with his teeth and starts running down a hill. When he tips the bottle up to drink as he's running, his profile from a distance totally cracks me up; it's like something out of a cartoon. Genius.

In my opinion the funniest line from the film is this:
Jack: If they want to drink Merlot, we're drinking Merlot.
Miles Raymond: No, if anyone orders Merlot, I'm leaving. I am NOTdrinking any f* cking Merlot!
Jack: "New ending vastly superior to the old ending"
Miles: "There is no new ending. Everything from pg 750 on is exactly the same"

The part where he goes into the bathroom at Stephanie's and looks in the mirror and says you're such a beep loser lol.
When at the hitching post and he says to Jack, I can also recommend the Ostrich steak, very lean locally raised
When Jack asks Miles for details about having sex with Maya and he says its private and Jack calls him a homo and Miles says, yeah I'm a homo just write out my gay confession and I'll sign it

Someone's mentioned this already, but my favorite part is when Miles has to retrieve Jack's wallet from the waitress' house while the she and her husband are having sex. He obtains it, but not without being seen. He is chased away by the husband, who's still compltely naked (maybe an
Adaptaion.
reference).

One part that I think is pretty funny is near the beginning. Miles is running late and is on the phone with Jack. Miles says, "I'm out the door, right now!!" but then he takes his sweet time ordering a croissant and newspaper, rather than continuing to rush.

I like the part where Miles goes into great detail, teaching Jack the components of appreciating and assessing a wine (color, clarity, viscosity, aeration, bouquet, and finally the tasting), only to register his great disappointment by asking, "Are you chewing gum?!"

Lots of funny lines in the movie but my favorite was when Jack came over to Miles after talking to the waitress and he told him his plans with her.
Miles says beep Can't we just go back to the hotel and hang out. Play 9 holes in the morning and then leave."
He's beside himself that Jack is suddenly over Stephanie and is looking to get laid by anyone.
