This story automatically made me think of the episode "Mall of Bam", where the gang go to the Mall of America. Bam gives each of the gang members $100 to spend as uselessly as possible.
Rake and Ryan are sitting at a table near a coffee kiosk:
Ryan : "How much?" (for the coffees)
Server : "$2.50."
Ryan : "Herejust keep it." (Hands server the $100 bill.)
Server : "Whoa! Dude, you serious?"
Ryan : "Yeah."
Rake : "You just gave him like 98 bucks."
4000% tip!
To be fair, that WAS pretty useless how he spent it. Then again, that WAS the purpose of the exercise.
