Seriously. His performance as Ian is among the worst in the entire series.
He sounds like a man who has only recently learned to speak doing a terrible Hugh Grant impression.

The Ian character also was just not very well written. It would've taken a truly gifted actor to elevate that character off the page. Obviously, Dougray Scott was not the man for the job.

That is what he sounds like. He was a lot more believable than John Barrowman playing a straight bad guy in season 6.
