For me it's a constant battle between Breach and Zodiac. Wondering if anyone else has the same issue with No Country for Old Men or whatever other bleak films that came out in 07 we were all apparently so fascinated by!

No one else's I suppose. Just the way you worded it made it sound like you believed your own opinion to be superior to mine, thus giving you the authority to verify whether or not I was correct or incorrect

Same 4, I'd just list it like this (Incredible Year, Very Hard Choice)
1A. NCFOM
1B. TWBB
2. TAOJJ
3. Zodiac
4. Superbad(Change of Pace)
The Top 2 are back and forth for me. I can never choose. Depends on my mood. The Assassination of Jesse James is just breathtaking. Completely overlooked at the time, although it seems to be catching on. Alot of positive talk about it lately. Zodiac is not the best Fincher has done but he's the type that doesn't really put out Duds. He's as consistent as they come. Superbad is the comedy. The one I'll grab after a tough day. One of the best High School comedies PERIOD. Your 4 is definitely the Premo though. Not only are they the best of 2007, the Coens and PTA crafted 2 of the best in the last decade(And each other's catalog).

1.No Country For Old Men
2.ZODIAC!!!!
(3.Superbad)
Those three films are enough to make 2007 pretty damn awesome in my book and the standout year of the decade. In fact Zodiac could be my #1 on a good day
