She was the best candidate throughout. I don't think Sugar is gonna make much money from a cake business but he's been burnt by bigger risks in the past so a nice, safe cake shop might be appealing.
I have to say, Courtney was an utterly forgettable candidate which makes me believe that Sugar must have looked at the business plans right at the start and liked what he was offering it's the only explanation.
A rather dull series. On its last legs.

I agree dull and predictable with no real charactors, even the interview stage was boring.

Honestly I was pretty surprised Courtney lasted as long as he did. Alana had it in the bag from the start of the final.
