I'm struggling to see who wins this. They're all pretty useless.<br />
Alana seems like the only non idiot.<br />
Interviews next week - always worth watching.</p>

<p dir="auto">Grainne should have been fired. She was useless - all she did was stand around drinking gin whilst Frances did all the work.<br />
That was ridiculous.  They were getting hammered, when they were supposed to be providing vital information to team mates.</p>

<p dir="auto">Doesn't matter anyway.<br />
The interviews make it all about the business plans now. If his is any good, his overall uselessness won't matter.<br />
Likewise, if Alana's is total gash, it won't matter that she's the only mildly competent candidate left in the process.<br />
I'm beginning to think the next series would be better it it was three tasks, then just interviews.</p>
