<p dir="auto">Throughout various scenes, its obvious that those infected with the virus travel in packs and never kill each other, almost as if those infected are aware of others around them who contain the same virus. If Dons wife was infected with the virus,why was he able to kill her? Was he somehow able to detect the other "uninfected" percentage of her body????</p>

<p dir="auto">That sounds logical.  Which brings up the point:  All she had to do was snarl and foam at the mouth and he might have left her alone.</p>
