Looked as if he'd just come off filming Wall Street back in '87.
Film was good too, much better than I expected. Definately one of the better Marvel films.

The effect was also used in Tron: Legacy and Terminator: Genisys.

Just remembered: it was Robert Downey Jr., probably in one of the recent Avengers films.
It was Captain America: Civil War
Marvel Studios has some kind of awesome de-aging team on staff,
The company that does it is Lola VFX. They're the company that turned Chris Evans into a scrawny, 100lb weakling in Captain America: The First Avenger, they're also the ones that aged Hayley Atwell to look 90+ years old in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
You can read about how they did the Michael Douglas de-aging here:
Agent Hill:
Then aliens invaded New York and were beaten back, by among others, a giant green monster, a costumed hero from the 40's. and a god.
Agent Ward:
I don't think Thor is technically a god.
Hill:
Wellyou haven't been near his arms.
~Agents of SHIELD; Season 1 Episode 1 "Pilot"

Yes, it was amazing. I hadn't seen him in a while, and I was like "wait, does he still really look that young?" LOL
There was another movie that did something like this not long ago. Was it also a Marvel movie? Not sure.
ETA: Just remembered: it was Robert Downey Jr., probably in one of the recent Avengers films. Marvel Studios has some kind of awesome de-aging team on staff, it would seem.

A bit like the CGI in Surrogates for Bruce Willis. It looked like it was filmed between Die Hard one and two!
Oh, I must be planning on posting more if I've created this ..

Probably the film's most impressive effect, and that's saying something. Outstanding job.
You want something corny? You got it!
