As the title states, i'm trying to identify a movie about an evil/possessed house that literally kills its' inhabitants. The movie is from the 70s/80s and has a somewhat made-for-TV feel (possibly part of an anthology series). A young woman moves into a nice-looking house but is greeted by an elderly lady who repeatedly utters the ominous phrase "you should not come"; that lady later falls into the pool and is boiled alive (because the house apparently has the power to control its physical environment). One other moment I remember is a wall in the house expanding and contracting as though it were "breathing" until it eventually explodes, and at the end of the movie the whole building catches fire (followed by a credits section accompanied by amusingly peaceful music). The plot revolves around some kind of mystery (I think the old lady used to be a nanny for the young woman and tried to warn her about the house being beep up) but I'm blurry on the details.
BTW, it's not the 1988 movie PULSE (though the premise is similar).
