<p dir="auto">Does that mean that any HR manager who says everything in a loud voice (like Gilbert Gottfried) is very unprofessional and needs more training with her profession?<br />
I was wondering because I worked with someone like that.  She was so loud, that the offices and cubicles around the corner from her, could hear everything she said.</p>
