The young man continually refers to this man, "we have to do it like Mr. ______", "that's not how they do it at ________". But their small business can't do things like this big American business. At the end, his family finally gets frustrated with him and tell him they have to do it their own way. And they do, and are successful. Help! This plot line has been rattling around in my brain for several weeks!
