Euron is supposed to look much younger than his brothers. He has been dabbling in the unknown and gave him a younger appearance. It is also hinted that he is Theon's real dad due to a drunken tryst with his mom.

i think the age gap is pretty huge if we're supposed to believe they had the same botherbut being on pike is a rough life that will age you prematurely. they obviously cast Euron because he has that perfect smug look down cold.. you just know that guy looks in the mirror and flexes American Psycho style

Euron is in his mid-thirties or early forties, and Balon is in his fifties. That's close to the age gap between my brother and me in real life.
I think there are a couple other brothers in between them, but they're dead. Euron looks young, but it's probably just good genes.
