In "The North Remembers" Cersei ordered the Garda to attack LF, ending with "no, power is power" .
Well if the guards didn't KNOW who she was they wouldn't be following her orders. Also if they didn't KNOW how to fight and use a sword, they wouldn't be protecting the queen.And of course LF KNOWS about Jaimie and Cersei, so that's why she got scared.
