The one who helped to campaign Milk, later in the movie. In the ending credits, it said that she later got married and had kids, so obviously she was not truly gay, as stated in the movie.

I was just watching this on DVD. They didn't really come out and say she was married only that she was the mother to three kids. I too wondered if she had a husband or she simply adopted or gave birth to 3 kids.
