And it’s pretty good. Oscar Isaac is incredibly engaging as the main protagonist and there’s just enough mystery to keep you wanting more. I wish the whole series was out so I could binge it.

I suppose so, considering Moon Knight was created as a big Batman rip-off. Marvel has enough of those already though, with Tony Stark being a Bruce Wayne and Daredevil being a Batman, but big changes to a character like this still irk me. I know Marvel wants to get "cerebral" with this, so hopefully it pays off.

Perhaps this was done to differentiate Moon Knight from Batman’s alter ego Bruce Wayne, a playboy billionaire. Many have noted their similarities as alter egos. They changed the character to be a distinct and compelling primary protagonist. It also allows for a showcase for Oscar Issac’s acting ability in character development. Much of the show’s success relies on Oscar Isaac’s charismatic abilities as an actor.

I'm underwhelmed, but I'll see it through. It looks like they chose to make Steven Grant the default personality, and made him a gift shop cashier instead of a millionaire. Weird.
