<p dir="auto">I really like this twist. Not clear whether El Quero was undercover and with the DEA right from the start or if they captured him once he was in the cartel. Maybe he gave the book to Teresa (through a friend) because he knew she'd be in danger once he was gone and he wanted her to have some leverage. He loves her and would prefer to keep her safe than make money off the book.</p>
