Totally agree. Theresa and her good Samaritan ways are boring me. I'm second guessing she was actually Guero's main lady. The only thing keeping me watching is Camilla's power plays and trying to one up her husband.

Camila is a woman that has power and the actress portraits it perfectly. That makes her character very believable.
Teresa on other hand her character feels weak, unfocused and annoying. The actress behind her fails to bring her to life for me. I'm sure it's just the actress that is the problem here and not the actual character. Maybe it's the writing.
If this was a show that just featured Teresa and her overly dramatic journey then I wouldn't even watch it. I'm not saying that all scenes with her are bad, but the majority are.

I admire Camilla. It's tough to make it in a man's world, and I hope she does.

Both female leads are well picked. Just sexy enough, but both also tough as nails. They did right by not getting pretty girl model types like they do way too often. You have to look tough to do what they do
