I read some of it but the way it's written it's hard to follow, plus the narrators are unreliable and wouldn't have access to a lot of the info like what's revealed in the show.
I consider whatever happens on the show to be an official accounting.

hahaha pwned!
No, it's terrible. No two ways about it. It's an extremely hard read and quite off-putting. I'm honestly surprised the showrunners were able to make such a great story out of this mess. Seriously, don't even bother. You get some more details than you do in the show, but many of them aren't used in the show, completely changed, or all in all just wrong to begin with. Blame it on the unreliable narrator style this book is written in, but I blame GRRM for even producing this clusterfuck.

I've just started Fire and Blood. It's written in a really weird way that I didn't expect. I thought it might only be the first few pages as a kind of introduction but now I assume that's just how it is written, like it's just stating facts.

I haven't read Fire & Blood like I did with the main series so it's at least somewhat of a mystery to me still.

That's Nettles dragon, who we have yet to see. I bet she'll be in the season finale.
I actually wonder if Aemond vs. Daemon will happen in the season finale. A bit premature, I think, and while it will certainly make for a great one it seems like a huge waste going forward without them.
Aemond was supposed to have the encounters with Alys, and Daemon hook up with Nettles, but with the changes already happened it seems unlikely.

I'm assuming the one in the vale is the Sheepstealer dragon I occasionally see comments about who was never actually confirmed dead after all the others went extinct.
