In the original script, it said her mom died of AIDS, presumably during her infancy. So tragic.

I read the trivia part and it stated in the screenplay that there's no known mother but the father molested her for years before he took in his own lover and said that Ester(leena) could never be a "real woma" due to her condition. So she killed them and ended up at Saare or whatever the name is. Hence the reason she feels real love is with her own father (adopted).

No, she assumed it was Esters mother, because of her age. It was actually Ester that was at that asylum.
