The following flow-diagram would help to understand the timeline of Jess which we see in the movie:-

The movie shows two loops:
A. Jess 1 kills Masked Jess > Turns into Masked Jess -> Gets killed by Jess 1
B. Jess 2 (who arrives with Group 2) Kills Unmasked Jess > Turns into Unmasked Jess -> Gets killed by Jess 2
Both loops intersects each other. But the movie tells the story from the POV of Loop 1.
And the final timeline is:-
Jess 1 kills Masked Jess -> Confronts Jess 2 > Watches Jess 2 kill Unmasked Jess > Turns into Masked Jess > Gets killed by Jess 1 -> Wakes up on the shore > has an accident > turns into Jess 2 and goes to the harbour
Jess 1: The first Jess we see who is with the first group, boards the ship and gets attacked by the Masked Jess.
Jess 2: Jess from second group who is seen arriving by Jess 1 after the gramophone is reset.
Jess 3: The masked Jess who attacked Group 1
Jess 4: The unmasked and wounded Jess who attacked the Group 2 members.
Ofcourse there is only one Jess, but the above are different versions of her, for better understanding of the TimeLine.
The Timeline:
Jess 1 with the group 1 members boards the ship, gets attacked by Masked Jess (Jess 3)
Jess 1 overthrows Jess 3
Jess 2 arrives with Group 2 members.
Jess 1 confronts Jess 2 on gunpoint but doesn't shoot. Jess 2 runs away
Jess 4 attacks Group 2 members. Jess 4 is wounded by the shot fired by Jess 1
Jess 2 overthrows Jess 4 who is unmasked. This is seen by Jess 1. Jess 2 becomes Jess 4
Jess 1 watches the third Group arriving which actually is Group 1
Jess 1 is NOW Jess 3 (Masked Jess) as she decides to kill the members of the new group.
Jess 3 attacks the Group members
Jess 3 is overthrown into the Sea by Jess 1
Jess 3 wakes up on the shore. Goes to her home, kills Mean Jess (Real life Jess) and takes Tommy away
Jess 3 has an accident and Tommy is killed. Taxi driver arrives and Jess 3 wants to go back to the Triangle once again.
Jess 3 becomes Jess 2 and boards the Yacht.
The End.
We don't see the events of Jess 2 and Jess 4. We don't see what happens to Jess 2 who killed Jess 4 (Unmasked Jess). The Movie primarily tells the story of Jess 1 and Jess 3 Loop. We see Jess 2 and Jess 4 only during the intersection of
the two loops. Just like the primary story, there would be a story of Jess 2 and Jess 4 loop and their actions but its not shown in the movie.
The following theory stands true:
The movie tells the story of Jess' afterlife who after her death is punished and the mythology of Sisyphus is implied.
Whether or not Jess forgets her memories every time she wakes up on the Yacht or she is pretending, remains debatable.
