And in my book the Good guy was Gerard Butler and the Bad guy was Jamie Fox

I think Clyde remained the good guy throughout the movie, think about Nicks mentor he encouraged him to make the deals, and Sara was becoming just like him with her little puppy love, evil begets evil and they would all make the same lazy and unjust deals, the point was to clean up the system and teach them a lesson it wouldn't have worked if he hadn't done what he did. Darby deserved everything he got and more, Ames stood by and let him do it so he deserved the punishment if maybe not the exact method he used. Those lawyers may have seemed like good guys but letting repeating rapists and murders walk free to do the same thing again makes them as bad as the criminals they make deals with.
I think had Nick done the right thing and thought about the crime, the criminals and the justice that the father needed then none of this would have happened but no he wanted to win so he could get a really high position job and letting Clyde die and promoting Nick is what makes the ending so tragically bad.
live and let live

clyde was still good untill he killed nicks friends who were actually good people. nick was the one who only cared about his conviction rating. all nicks other friends cared about actual people and wanted to do good for people.
I didnt care that clyde killed 2 evil criminals or the guy he was in prison with and I didnt care he killed darbys corrupt lawyer. Im sorrry but if you know your client raped a little girl and you still trying to get him out of jail then you are worst then the rapest.

aaahh he's still the good guy after he has killed Darby Darby was a piece of beep who had killed his wife and daughter So killing Darby does not make him a bad guy although the method he used was brutal haha

They both start off as the good guy.
Then Nick becomes the bad guy after making the initial plea deal.
Then Clyde becomes the bad guy when he kills Darby and starts killing other people.
Pulp can move, baby!
