watched this film a couple of times when it first came out and loved it but yesterday I watched it again and noticed just how convoluted the plot is.
Three things sprung to mind but I'm sure another viewing would reveal more.

1. There is no way that steak would get to the cell with the bone in.
2. After blowing up city hall why would he need to return to prison. Surely he would just vanish after his final act.
3. For a supposed genius why wasn't he at all suspicious when Nick armed with a gun still allowed him to activate the bomb from his phone?
