yes there are tons of people in real life that could do what he did but most of them wont because of fear of death or being caught but if they had something very bad happen to them and just didnt give a beep anymore they would and could do what clyde did. Most people with clydes kind of expertise or people with money are already rich and have no problems and are already corrupt and in control of everything that is happening so doubt we would ever see stuff like this.

If there is anyone like that it's a small handful of people, and the odds are slim they'd be allowed to go crazy using their skills against their own government. More than likely such an amazing individual would be under constant surveillance their whole life. At the first hint of trouble a sniper would take them out so realistically this could never happen.
