She doesn't phone her mom and she was in town for days before she went to see her. She didn't even tell her mom she was going to be in town. All the while the mom keeps all her daughter's stuff in place in pristine condition, so you know it's not like she doesn't like her or they have some strained relationship. The daughter is just a bitch.
