I just rewatched all 4 this week, and Stranger Tides is much better than I remember. I think people were upset that it's different, but different is good. I'm looking forward to 5. I hope Penelope Cruz returns, and I also hope Jack actually gets to keep the black pearl this time. The Queen Anne's Revenge is awesome too so I hope it also returns. I'm actually glad Swan & Turner weren't in this one, because they actually get kind of annoying by the 3rd film. Though I did miss some of the goofball side characters like the guy with the glass eye and his partner.

Yeah I think this movie is probably the worst one so far, not too bad as a movie in of itself, but they really made some questionable decisions this time. I think this movie focused too much on Jack, and felt like more of a spin off than a proper sequel. I didn't care for Barbossa's new look, he became a pirate again at the end but it was too little too late.
