He was excellent as Keegan in this! So much presence. Or at least I thought so anyway. When he was wielding that axe it was pretty scary!
Other favourite star of this was Sung Kang. Reminded me of Lei from Tekken. Also thought he was seriously sexy.

Just saw the movie, and came here to say the same thing. I mean character development and acting nuance weren't exactly at the forefront of the movie, but Mamoa really stood out to me. He's always been a physical presence to be reckoned with, but he showed really charisma in this as well. Hope he gets more leading chances.

I've been a fan of Jason since Stargate: Atlantis days, and I would like to see his movie career take off. But he needs to start making better choices when it comes to film roles. First Conan and now this turkey. He doesn't want to get a reputation for appearing on box office bombs.

have to agree: one awesome villain that you enjoy watching go berserkbesides of the smooth male badass almost vintage style of the film the keegan character was the most fun
The only thing worse than a film critic..is the average loser that tries to act like one!!!

I didn't like him much in Conan, but he did good in this. I think that type of character is his best bet in the future.

Keegan was a rather formidable villian.

I laughed when he gets the guy to open the safe for him, then shoots him in the head "Thank You", thats just cold.

what a ba dass! hair up or down, shirt on or off, wielding a gunf of an axe, this dude was way cool and i will see the new Conan now that I saw what he can do. although i don't have very high hopes for that movie lol..
