For someone that knows so much about fashion, she could at least do something about that rat's nest. Hot Oil treatment? Decent hair cut? Some low lights? Even a pulled back bun would be better!!
I'm surprised that Anna doesn't encourage to fix her hair, or even demand it, since Grace is her right hand man
