<h2>I am currently rewatching the show, and there have been many hints that her heart never was in it. I think she might be miscast. Their chemistry was never off the charts so it didn't quite make sense to me that Neal volunteered to go back to prison over her. It's also a bit of a challenge that you have all this history and then when there are flashbacks you have to prove the narrative hasn't been unreliable or anything.</h2>
