This was entertaining, but it made me feel I was watching a similar version of Shaun of the Dead. I'm not saying it was exactly like it, story and all, but very similar in the horror/comedy genre(s).
Also, I'm bored to death with these new films portraying females as the "I'm tougher than the guys" b.s. Come on; in most, if not all situations or emergencies in real life, it's the guys who carry the heavier load. These little chicks with the attitudes, pushing the guys aside (who are portrayed as cowardly and dumb), to grab the big gun and do what the male characters are unable to do. LOL! Seriously? She's, what, 105 lbs.?
The black guy doing the thinking, surrounded by cowardly, dumb white guys, made me chuckle too. Seems most film makers around the world are as off-the-mark as Hollywood is. Well, they're not THAT bad. Either way, they play it too safe by creating characters that are certainly far from the truth or accurate. Good for a laugh, though.
These pc-obsessed times are getting old.
