Ok, so when Mac and Jack go across the street to check out the empty apartments, the first thing Mac finds inside is the cup full of cigarette butts. Hello? McFly? Everyone knows you can get DNA from cigarette butts. Yet MacGyver has to make a footprint detector. WTF?!? DNA.. RIGHT THERE IN THE CUP!!! Some genius!
