This is a hard one.
It's a japanese animation from the 80s/early 90s, a movie or an OVA, not a series.
the main protagonist is a female teenager. She has a friend, a young, brunette man wearing glasses. there is also a young, male antagonist. I think all three of them have special powers. The story is centered the invasion of our reality from a species of small, green humanoid looking aliens.
There is a scene which takes place in a very cold, icy place. The girl is chased by the aliens but she meets a woman who introduces herself as the queen of the aliens. She wears a crown. I dont remember the specifics, but I think the Queen is immortal, living in that place for centuries until the aliens woke up. She explains to the girl the whole situation, that she wants to help her and stop the aliens too, and what she must do.
She then mind controls the green aliens to gather around her while the girl escapes. One of the aliens climb her back and removes her crown, which makes the Queen to vanish in thin air and the aliens break from her influence.
There is another scene where the man with the glasses fights the aliens. I think in a spaceship? I am not sure. The man has the ability to teleport himself. He deliberately teleports himself inside a big mirror which causes a nuclear explosion which destroys the entire place.
Later, the girl meets the man who now looks like a fading hologram. He explains to her what he did, and that this is his image which remained after teleporting inside the mirror and he will soon disappear forever. The girl tells him to fuse with her, so that he can survive. He does so.
Now here is where it become completely fuzzy. I think the girl is flying through space to some other dimension, some other reality before her own is destroyed by the aliens. The 3rd guy, the antagonist, is trying to do the same thing but the alien evil from their dimension is devouring him, I think it looks something like lightning covering almost all his body. The girl tells him the same thing, to fuse with her if he wants to live. He agrees and escapes from the lightning.
In the end of the movie, we see the girl with her two friends flying together through space into another dimension.
