Since they are very rich they pull an OJ and hire really good lawyers that get them acquitted.
Esp. since their rights are never read to them when they get "arrested."
If they do happen to get convicted and sentenced on the rare chance that happens they probably get 5-10 and are out within 5 for good behavior.
