. I even bought into the hype around it once. Then I realized just how weak it was. You honestly think Trank wasn't making generic garbage? I would say you should read TrollInTheDungeon's excellent thread on the subject, but I get the feeling it would just go over your head.

The director was a talentless hack obsessed with grim and gritty crap, the cast were woefully miscast, and the studio panicked when they saw how badly it was turning out. It's that simple.
