I know of some that worked out. At least one couple got married, and as far as I know, they're still married. Also, if Monicah takes hungry's last name, her name will be Monicahformonicah.
Edit: I was referring to the TWD/GoT boards above. But a lot of people from various IMDb boards got married. When there was a petition to stop the boards from closing, several people said they met their spouses on IMDb.
