Absolutely spot on! He never wanted to fight Manny when Manny was in his prime. Sugar Ray Leonard (much as I love the guy) did the same thing with Marvin Hagler. As soon as he saw that Hagler had slowed down he negotiated a fight. Mayweather would never fight someone who had a chance of beating him. He fought Oscar de la Hoya when Oscar was past his best.

"Even the fight with Manny Pacquiao was a joke."
—————————-
When it came to Manny Pacquiao, I think that Mayweather handled that like a coward and just waited for Pacquiao to get older and start slowing down before he finally fought him.
Real Champions don't wait for anybody to get older and start slowing down before they fight them.

Mayweather has been quite open about the fact that he does what he does for the money, so yeah. Even the fight with Manny Pacquiao was a joke. He hasn't had a serious challenge in years. I treasure the moment when Shane Mosley really rocked Floyd with a right to the jaw. If he'd followed up fast he could have won that fight….

That fight was a joke.
I actually wouldn't be surprised if somebody paid Mayweather to take Logan Paul the distance.
There is no way it should have lasted longer than 1 minute.
