<p dir="auto">Oddly, you rarely use loin in the singular, when talking about human beings. You can't say "Child of my loin," for instance. People will look at you askance, as though you've just confessed to only having one testicle. Tarzan wears a loincloth (as does Ben in some of his pics) to cover his loins, not his loin. just wanted to share.</p>

<p dir="auto">If you said loinscloth you would be more correct in terms of usage, but people would still look at you funnily. It's like saying "you can see his buttcracks."</p>
