That is to say, is he playfully androgynous and far from misogynistic, as I have been claiming TWD board as a whole is? Or is he secretly and stealthily patriarchal and misogynistic, as Bee seems to imply?
I don't think he is particularly misogynistic. He is well-liked by most of the female posters, and rarely fights with them.
As a landfill engineer, his work requires him to indulge in a certain amount of phallic penetration of the (womblike) earth, which he then fills with rubbish (clearly symbolic of sperm), but this is essentially his unconscious at work. He is not to be blamed for this.

I didn't mean to imply he was patriarchal and misogynistic. That's not the problem. I know the bar for that is low around here and some people rely on it to be funny but Horatio isn't like that. I think it's just because that would bore him, he isn't really interested in people so treating people differently because of gender isn't in his wheelhouse
But he's definitely not woman friendly. Because he's not people friendly. Everyone should put him on ignore

A lovely edit! I’m guessing it came to you as you were pressing ‘Create Post’ and you were kicking yourself for having to make the edit. Very true, too!

Most of the women here (and in general) can’t think for themselves so let me answer for them and say that I am playful and not misogynistic.
