Alright everybody, here’s the scoop. I’ve thoroughly dissected the charm elimination game in ways that may make you wonder how I’m still employed at the landfill. In this thread, I’m posting stats and stuff about the game and how we voted.
First, a disclaimer – it was necessary to go through all of the votes to make sure things added up correctly. Surprise, surprise, they did not. Turns out quite a few of you knuckleheads would randomly add or takeaway points from people even when you weren’t officially voting for that person with a (+1) or a (-1). I know, I’m just as shocked as you. There were also many honest mistakes such as copying the wrong list or forgetting to (+1) or (-1) someone, so I had to account for that as well. Then there were all the socks whose votes we decided to ignore. We did our best, but some mistakes in the numbers still got copied through and affected the ultimate vote count in the end.
I’m happy to say that none of the above discrepancies affected the order in which people were eliminated. Everyone who got eliminated was mathematically reduced to 0 fairly and squarely after my re-reckoning of the numbers.
So, with no further ado, here is the first piece of interesting data from my analysis.
Let the undermining begin!
Going into the final race of the top ten, these were the rankings and score:

  1. Bee: 20
  2. Klam: 20
  3. Styg: 20
  4. Sophie: 19
  5. Horatio: 18
  6. Rob: 18
  7. Penny: 17
  8. Twiz: 17
  9. Corwin: 16
  10. FRTT: 15
    But here it is with the recount:
  11. Sophie: 20
  12. Rob: 19
  13. Bee: 18
  14. FRTT: 18
  15. Horatio: 18
  16. Klam: 18
  17. Twizz: 18
  18. Penny: 17
  19. Corwin: 16

Any downvotes against Crystal should be taken with a grain of salt. Smiley face guy (nimda) did a lot of upvoting for Crystal so Styg and Klam downvoting Crystal was only to keep the balance as they were fighting an obvious troll attempt.
