Stop hiring people
Fire people
Build a great wall like Gina and/or build a great fence like everyone's backyard
Offer to pay contractors like they are illegal immigrants
Don't actually pay contractors in order to stay under budget and be smart
Sell wall to Mexico for 100 American made Ford Focuses
Not only is the budget balanced, but the profit of several thousands of dollars is Yuge! Believe Me!
