Answers, NO, NO, and IT DEPENDS. We don't know anything about "aliens", let alone whether or not they even exist. So that question is impossible to answer.

Only soulish life would go to heaven. Insects and bacteria are not conscious, sentient beings. They have no soul, so their is nothing to attain eternal life. And though they might be considered forms of life by modern, scientific definitions of "life", they are not representations of true life (spiritual life) anymore than an open flame or a growing crystal is life. The bible doesn't mention anything insects or bacteria at the resurrection.

You don't get to decide who goes to heaven and who doesn't. You have no authority to make the determination of who is/isn't saved! This is especially true when it comes to people you don't know.

So Jor-el, for example, isn't in heaven. If there happen to be intelligent life forms that believe in Jesus on a planet revolving around the star Vega, they won't get to heaven, or do they have their own heaven?
