<p dir="auto">It flows and hits all the beats of 50s b flicks such as "The Monster that challenged the World". With a Lovecraftian creature, so bonus! And Ruth Bradley is fun in this flick. She gives a great performance and looks gorgeous doing it!<br />

<p dir="auto">Yeah, this was a really well-dome sci-fi/horror monster comedy with genuinely likeable characters and a super gnarly giant alien beast.<br />
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.</p>

<p dir="auto">And Ruth Bradley is fun in this flick.<br />
What must have been interesting for her is that she gets to play virtually 2 different characters in the two halves of the film; sober, straight and modest Lisa and then drunken, wild and wise-cracking Lisa.</p>
