It's a funny enough film and a great movie to watch if you're drinking a few on a Saturday night, but some of the CGI effects are the best I've seen in any movie, and I mean any movie. Good practical effects as well.

I agree, like the Norwegian movie "Trollhunter" (also very funny imo), the CG wasn't overdone so it was more effective.

I agree. I was impressed. It won't pass up Tremors in the monster movie sweepstakes, but it was pretty great.
