How does the movie end?
The two survivors, Jarrod and Elaine, are sucked into the blue light and into the alien mothership. Elaine ends up in a pile of human bodies slowly having their brains ripped out. She is apparently spared because she is pregnant. She calls to Jarrod, but HIS FATE IS UNKNOWN.
Seriously?
[MORE SPOILERS]
It shows his brain harvested, and then absorbed by an alien body, then the alien that absorbed it start fighting the other aliens to defend Elaine, and then use the same motions as early in the film to show Elaine it's him in the alien body.
Doesn't seem unknown to me but maybe that's just me?
