I gave it 6/10. I like the suspense but didn't feel I got any answers at the end. Reading through some of the threads here helped with that and I now have a better understanding.
I kept thinking Daniel was Jim Parsons (Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory), or more specifically; an ill Jim Parsons!

Yes, he totally looked like Karl Pilkington, then I thought but it can't be him cos he's not actually an actor is he? He just appears as himself.

YES! I totally noticed this when he was in the hospital at one point. It was only certain scenes for me, but there were a couple of times he definitely looked like Parsons.
