When the two employment termination specialists are firing Eric Dale (Stanley Tucci), the first person to speak is Susan Blackwell.
Her voice is so raspy and cracking, it's like she smoked an entire case of cigarettes before filming the scene. How did the director allow her to speak in a voice like this? It reminds me vaguely of "Tony" (the imaginary friend) in "The Shining.
I love the movie but have to skip over this scene every time because of her voice.
