So, since she was 12-years-old when this was filmed, she wasn't old enough to drive. I get that. But she wasn't technically driving, just moving the car in and out of frame. The driving sequences were filmed via the car being pulled on a trailer. So I don't get the trivia entry that says somebody else was controlling the car in the scenes where Alice is driving. You mean to say she couldn't drive a car just a few feet?
Chloe Moretz was 11-years-old when making Kick-Ass, and her character drove a car, as seen in this video:
So why was it an issue for Elle, but not for Chloe?
