You told me about it being a run-on sentence, for which I thank you.
(What I mean: You taught me that it was a run-on sentence and I thank you for that.)
Apparently I will have to badger you with grammar questions until my English is good enough to finish my book with. You can choose to ignore of course, in which case I will have to find help elsewhere. No one and nothing can prevent me from mastering this language. When I decide on something, It's done.
Thanks.

What counts as a "run on" sentence depends. News stories are supposed to be written so that young readers can easily follow. Opinions vary how young, about 12 or 14. That means shorter sentences and shorter paragraphs.
Anything not news has its own particular audience.
Rules are more relaxed where time to compose is limited. The rules for impromptu speech are far more relaxed. How long people allow themselves to compose messages on this board can vary. Some people respond right away, others are more careful. I would call this a more casual forum than most.

Apparently I will have to badger you with grammar questions until my English is good enough to finish my book with.
If your goal is to be grammatically correct then that sentence should end with 'book'. The 'with' at the end causes the sentence to be confusing and it ends a sentence with a preposition. Grammatically correct sentences never end with prepositions. In casual conversation nobody but a complete asshat should give you grief, but you did ask about correct grammar.
