My guess of the plot will probably along lines of maybe the story is set a few years after the first movie where it appears the gang haven't spoken for years as they all went there separate ways. Each of them have got jobs apart from Jay, who is somewhat not getting used to adult life as he hasn't got any work, and gone into depression and he forced to go to alcoholic anonymous. Neil is currently living with his girlfriend who has five young kids and even Neil isn't sure which one is his. Will has got a successful job in a office and for once life is going okay he's still going with the girl from the from first movie, though he still living with his mum. Simon is the one doing well for himself, where he's got himself a good job and engaged to be married.
Anyway somehow the gang bump into each other and tell each other how there going on, Jay fails to tell the gang about his life is and typically lies. Simon then tells the gang he's set to get married in a few of months. Jay jumps to the idea of getting the gang to give Simon a stag do holiday Down Under. So Jay manages to convince the gang to go, but of course it doesn't go well as planned. Some more secrets about Jay comes out!
Spoiler Alert! possible
While at the airport, Neil bumps into an aggressive man which results them into both of them picking up the wrong bag. One contains 1million. Later on the guy realises he's picked up the wrong bag, but is to late to react as boys already up in the air on there way to OZ. Unknown to them the guy was a Currier for an Australian gangster boss, so now the boys lifes are in danger.
When Neil arrives in australia, he later finds the money. Both Neil and Jay want to keep the money, while Will and Simon are very concerned the money belongs to bad people who may want him back. But typical Jay manages to convice them, that the money is now there's.
Unknown to them as there enjoying spending the money, the australian gangster boss has hired a hit man to kill them.
Anyway eventually somehow the gang twig, that somebody is after them so the gone on the run. Probably see some chase scenes. Oh maybe sometime in the movie Will gets kidnapped and the boys are forced somehow to rescue him and somewhere Mr Gilbert will show up.
Plus plot twist the main villain is Mr Gilberts brother perhaps played by Rik Mayall!
Also a bit character development for Jay, it revaled the reason for his sudden depression was during the gap years, he meet a girl he also got engaged but she got pregnant, she later left him after revealing the baby wasn't his!
Thoughts?

Not bad. I like the idea of them being on the run from mobsters or something along those lines, even if it has been overused. I'm not sure what's left in store of them now they've done the whole 'Kevin & Perry' thing.
